About Dr. Paul Paterson
Dr. Paul Paterson, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with special expertise in hand and upper extremity care. His comprehensive skill set includes elbow arthroscopy, thumb joint replacement, and minimally invasive carpal tunnel release procedures using UltraGuideCTR™. He holds degrees from the University of Buffalo and University of Michigan, along with a medical degree and orthopaedic surgery residency from the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine. He further refined his skills with a fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Passionate about patient education, Dr. Paterson frequently hosts patient education seminars discussing symptoms for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger, treatment options available, including minimally invasive techniques using UltraGuideCTR™ and UltraGuideTFR™.
