Dr. Pokorny's career is marked by significant leadership roles and contributions to the field, having served as the section chief of plastic surgery at the Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pennsylvania, for three years. His professional journey also took him to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he practiced at Leber and Banducci Plastic Surgery. In August 2009, Dr. Pokorny brought his wealth of experience and skill to North Carolina, founding Carolina Coastal Plastic Surgery, where he continues to deliver exemplary care and transformative outcomes for his patients.
