Laura Kolshak, MD is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, fellowship-trained in hand and upper extremity at the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, she is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Her extensive experience spans over 15 years focusing on hand and upper extremity conditions.
She specializes in the care of the hands and upper extremities in Palm Beach County, FL. She has been an associate and partner at small, medium, and large orthopedic practices until she decided to open her own practice, Hand & Wrist Specialists of the Palm Beaches, in 2015.
Dr. Kolshak has a passion for helping her patients return quickly to the lifestyles they love. She does this using the most minimally invasive surgical procedures, or non-surgically through means such as injections, occupational and physical therapy, and splinting.
Dr. Kolshak has been active in both clinical and bench research during her Master’s Degree and Orthopaedic Research Fellowship. She has numerous publications in books and journals and has been involved in multiple local and national presentations. She takes pleasure in spending time with her family.
