Dr. Steven Niedermeier, MD is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with a specialization in diagnosing and treating conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at The Ohio State University. Further supplementing his expertise, he undertook a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at OrthoCarolina Hand Center in North Carolina. A firm believer in a patient-centered approach, Dr. Niedermeier’s core expertise includes upper extremity arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement, and minimally invasive procedures, among others. Outside his medical practice, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and indulging in active pursuits such as golf, running, and cycling.
